Processing Time
PayPal takes 1-3 days processing time. Mail Order or Cash will process in 2 days. Cheques will take up to 10 days. Larger orders can take an extra 2 days to be processed.

Packing
All items are wrapped in bubble wrap and placed in boxes with foam chips surrounding to prevent movement. We pack the items very carefully, as if they were our own. We do not ship damaged items unless otherwise noted. Insurance is available at buyer's expense.

UK Shipping
Items will be sent via Royal Mail 1st class recorded post, unless it is a large order, which will then be sent by courier. IT IS STRONGLY ADVISED TO TAKE OUT INSURANCE ON EVERY ORDER.

Returns
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase it may be returned. Returns must be received back to us within 14 days of receipt. Postage and packing is at the buyer's expense. If the item is unopened and in the same condition as it was sent out in, then you will receive a refund less postage and packing and a 10% restocking fee. The product must still be in MINT FACTORY SEALED CONDITION. If a toy is opened, played with, and broken, we cannot accept it back. Refunds will be given in the form of store credit. If you wish to have the refund returned in it's original payment form it will be less 5% of the total refund amount.

Defective Items
If there is something wrong with your item we will be glad to help determine a solution. We will need a photo of the damage along with a description to determine who or what is the cause. Damage claims must be submitted in full, including a photo, within 7 days of receipt of the item. If the damage is a result of shipping, nothing can be done unless insurance was added. If the damage is a manufacturing defect then a replacement part will be sent out or a partial refund will be offered to compensate for the damage. Each case will be determined on a case by case basis.

Box Conditions
Unless otherwise stated, all our boxes are in mint condition.
